The very beautiful and historic Stratford-upon-Avon is where the
poet and bard William Shakespeare was born, attended school,
went to church, met his wife, raised his children, bought a home,
retired and died.
During this delightful day out you will have the
opportunity to visit his birthplace, look around the thatched
family home of William's wife - Anne Hathaway's cottage. You
will learn about his life in Elizabethan England as well as visit his
burial place in Holy Trinity Church.
